Yes. If you would like to qualify using a guarantor, your guarantor must be a U.S. citizen and meet Maple Ridge Townhomes standard income and credit requirements.

Students can also take advantage of two alternative options for financial qualifications: prepayment of the security deposit or enrollment in the Guarantor Waiver Program. Security deposits are equal to two months' rent. The Guarantor Waiver Program is a convenient option that requires a monthly fee of approximately $70 and eliminates the need to provide a guarantor or pay a security deposit.
